Meet Lucy
Common Ground Impact was founded by Lucy Horvath, a communications and stakeholder engagement professional with nearly 20 years of experience supporting a family-owned small business through growth, operations, customer relationships, compliance, and day-to-day business challenges.
After spending much of her career helping businesses navigate practical realities behind the scenes, Lucy developed a passion for helping organizations strengthen communication, build meaningful relationships, and create lasting value for the people they serve.
Living with a neurological physical disability has also shaped her perspective on accessibility, inclusion, and the importance of creating solutions that work in the real world—not just on paper. This lived experience influences her commitment to helping organizations build stronger connections with employees, customers, communities, and stakeholders.
Today, Lucy combines practical business experience with advanced studies in social responsibility, sustainability, and supply chain integrity to help small and growing organizations move from ideas to action.
